    MKIII Audi TT-S S-Tronic vs. BMW F87 M2 6-speed roll on race

This is a bit of a mismatch. However, the M2 is not exactly a top end terror to begin with. The N55B30T0 is not a classic M top end design but the Audi TT-S 2.0 EA888 I4 is clearly just outmuscled here.

The M2 pulls away easily. Maybe if the Audi ditched its passenger it would do a little bit better but the truth is it will take the TT-RS to run with the M2.

Additionally, the new TT-RS will eat the M2 alive. Just don't expect to see a video from this source showing that happen.

Agreed that the match ups I see from that roll racing video group are very BMW focused. Then again it did start out that way, "m5board" I believe it was called. Give them some credit though, these videos jump started / inspired the USA roll racing like shift sector and no fly zone etc etc

No brainer result in my humble opinion. BMW sandbags turbo motor figures so the m2 has almost 100hp more than the tts. Also because of the Audi passenger the BMW only has about a 100-200 weight penalty instead of about 300lbs...

m's race r's so I want to see the new rs3 race the m2, that's a better match up.

LoL they posted teh same M2 running against RS3. We need to quit posting gt* videos. It's so biased. There is no way stock M2 could pull away like that against stock RS3. Even bmwblog has doubt.

This is such a joke. Not even worth writing an article on it unless to show how f'ing absurd some of these videos are.

The old RS3 sportback that is racing here launched in 2011, so its a 6yr old engine....it should be racing a 1M not an M2....

The new 2018 RS3 should be racing the M2....

It doesn't really matter that it is 6 years old it was still more powerful when it debuted and the same architecture is being used just with a few minor changes.

It absolutely can run with an M2 which is not even fast or strong on the top end to begin with.

The new RS3 will embarrass an M2. Look at what the TT-RS does to it. It's a joke.
