    • Track battle to find the top German sports coupe between the BMW F82 M4 Competition, Audi B9 RS5, and W205 Mercedes-AMG C63 S

Here is a decent track comparison from Cars.co.za featuring the German sport coupes we all know and love. The BMW F82 M4 is the oldest of the bunch but this is the updated Competition Pack version. The Mercedes-AMG C63 is in S trim and of course the B9 Audi RS5 only comes in one flavor.

So what do we learn? That the more things change the more they stay the same. The Audi understeers, the AMG is the heaviest with the biggest motor, and the M4 is the most well rounded.

Honestly, that is how it is supposed to be. Each should have its own distinct flavor.

So how do they fare on the track? Well, the M4 destroys them all:

Almost a full two seconds on the Audi RS5. That is not close folks.

This is what BMW is supposed to do to its competition in classes it traditionally excels in. Let's hope BMW doesn't forget the formula that works for them when it comes time to draft the next generation M4.
