    • Brabus tunes the Aston Martin DB11 M177 V8 to 610 horsepower with STARTECH PowerXtra SP610

It is interesting to see Brabus tuning an Aston Martin but that was expected when Mercedes-AMG allowed Aston Martin to use their AMG M177 V8 architecture. Brabus is of course well known and has a relationship with the factory which makes them using a piggyback surprising.

Why isn't Brabus tuning the ECU?

Maybe Aston Martin put some protections in place but expect your well known AMG tuners to have upgrades for the DB11 V8 shortly. Those upgrades will easily have it outperforming the V12.
