    • SEMA 2015 - Weistec brings their record setting AMG GT to the Optima Batteries booth

It is always great to see our vendors products in the spotlight. Optima Batteries had a very large booth at the 2015 SEMA show right in the middle of the hall and Weistec basked in the attention afforded by great placement with their record setting AMG GT. Feel free to read details on their record 10.8 @ 126 pass here.

The Weistec AMG GT of course has their bevy of upgrades including their M178 ECU tune, coilover suspension system, downpipe and midpipes, high flow air filters, cooling upgrades, VTA adapter system, and it now features their upcoming M178 turbo upgrade.

How much power is the M178 turbo upgrade putting down? Well, they are still working on it and we can not say at this point but AMG GT owners will be very satisfied with this turbo upgrade option once it officially hits the streets.

Expect dynos and more 1/4 mile runs to come and that 10.8 time to fall quite a bit further.

You know the point of the show is to advertise who it is making the products, right? If you want to see a stock car without any advertising on it, don't go to SEMA.
