not in all states... in FL its pretty easy to get someone baker acted for 3-days for mental evaluation (and then if they determine you are mentally unstable, they can hold you indefinitely) ... All you have to do is say you heard someone say they are going to kill themselves and have someone back it up..... it actually happened to a buddy of mine back in the day in college cuz his girlfriend got pissed at him for cheating so she called the police during their argument and said he was gonna kill himself (which he didnt say lol) and her friend backed up her story to fuck him over, and then poor jake got to go to the crazy ward for 3 days lol this kid in texas and the parkland shooter were prime examples of someone that should of been baker acted, but werent because no one did anything.... in the parkland instance it was actually brought up to baker act nicolas cruz but the school resource office declined to act on it because he didnt want to mess up cruz's life.... ironic considering all the lives that got messed up because of cruz http://www.miamiherald.com/news/local/community/broward/article205972224.html The school resource officer, who is not identified in the Henderson Behavioral Health records, “stated he was going to search home for gun,” the Sept. 28 report said. But there is no indication that the officer, a Broward Sheriff’s deputy, ever initiated such a search, or ever filed paperwork to have Cruz involuntarily evaluated under the Baker Act to determine whether he was a threat to himself or others. Currently I think you have to break the law to be incarcerated. It would be a huge change with a lot of negative repercussions. But I'm not sure what the viable alternative is.

Have you ever heard of Hydra Motor Works? Well, neither have we. They are a new tuner located in Florida but their website does not work and they do not seem to have much if any web presence developed yet. That said, a graph of their 991.2 Carrera S tune was posted. The baseline is 397 horsepower to the wheels which is honestly about right based on Mustang dyno results and clearly shows the car is underrated. You will notice this is a PDK example on a linked dyno which means the rollers are connected. PDK cars have to be dyno'd on all wheel drive dynamometers. Hence the popularity of Mustang runs early on as there are more all wheel drive Mustang machines than Dynojets. So let's look at the graph: Respectable gains at 53 wheel horsepower tune only. Torque jumps up by almost 100 lb-ft at the wheels. What is the cost? Can they tune for other fuels? Do they have any performance measurements posted? Do they even have a storefront? All valid questions at this point.

I'll tell you this much, I'm in the love with the 911. It is an absolutely incredible car. You can daily it no problem, blow almost anything away, nice aftermarket, and the feel is... unique. Nothing else is like it. It is the best all around sports car in the world, bar none. I'm definitely a convert.

If spending $100k definitely opt for the F430 over the 360. It's one of the best Ferrari designs of all time plus better with maintenance.

That is already the law, has been for quite some time. The law did nothing to prevent this matter. Laws are not equal to values. Values can be taught, as well as inherited. New laws will not solve anything.

Justice to be served? http://thehill.com/opinion/white-house/388978-growing-signs-of-a-counterintelligence-operation-deployed-against-trumps It's about time for this whole charade to be exposed. Even idiots who think Hillary is a goddess will finally have to open their eyes.

I think we can all agree something has got to give. Kids these days are not going to get any less crazy any time soon. If the option is to try to ban all guns OR seize weapons and/or incarcerate people we as a society judge are likely to break the law, only one of those options is practical. I also agree the parents should be prosecuted for manslaughter.

well this is a perfect case for you then, as you just said in your previous post that he is a 15yr old, so one would think that would be someone you would be really opposed to having a gun.... you had a chance to get gun out of a "15yr old's" hands but you dont take him up on his offer, so by the transitive properties logic of the left, you now have blood on your hands :) unless you are saying the person, that offered a contract to give up his guns in exchange for you to give up all social media/ email etc, is not stupid and you are pro-gun in his case:)
