Posted on the other site too. But it looks like you're updating here....

    Jody,

Don't know if this was discussed, but I just thought of something. What, if anything, has been done to the Airmatic calibration, do deal with the extra weight of the V12TT up front?

We hane not done any calibration for it. It remains still as an Airmatic suspension. It seems to drive just fine for now.
We were thinking about the weight difference between the V8 and V12 and let me tell you I dont think it is much heavier than the V8, The turbos are gone, the supercharger are gone. The added turbos have been replaced and shifter more towards the middle of the car, the manifolds are aluminum and lighter.
We drove the car today and fixed many other problems, all we are waiting for is finalizing time to tune this beast. All I can say is she feels on steroids. Click here to enlarge

Good info! I would've bet one of my testicles, and both of yours, that the V12TT was a ton heavier.

Add me to the list of 'Can't effing wait to see this thing run the 1/4'

    You got it!

I drove her this weekend on the freeway but of course it was just a spur of the moment thing, boy does she pull! We did a few pulls and she is running extremely rich, of course she has a preliminary file and misfires after 4-6k rpms under full boost, A/F drops below 9..Yikes.. She felt like the rear end wanted to come off, the funny thing is when we looked at the boost gauge it only said 14lbs of boost. LOL... This thing hasn't even been tuned yet. Oh boy.

I don't know yet... But I will run all I can, safely of course, Soulsearcher may be running around 22-25 psi, If I could run that it will be crazy.

My turbos are significantly larger as opposed to his.

Thanks Bro! How have you been? haven't seen you in some time. She is ready just waiting for ECU & TCU to come back from Speedriven tomorrow and then do a dyno tune 2-3 weeks from now. This weather sucks big time.

What have you done to the GT-R?

I'm good man, thanks! Congrats again on the birth of your new car and the birth of your child too! Click here to enlarge These next 3 weeks are going to pass by sooooo slowly for you bro. At least you aren't missing much with this month of rain.

The GT-R?....eh nothing much lol. It's a surprisingly fast car just with light mods. Stock turbos pull hard but die out top end. Your 6262's are going to pull like a raped ape and just keep on pulling as speed increases. Plus the displacement of your V12...bro you have a real dream car on your hands.

Damn that must be crazy! Thanks for the props man! It wasnt easy waiting almost 1.5 years man...while many were out racing and enjoying their beasts, I was driving a slow mo car and could barely go 60 mph..LOL. It has not been easy but I think this road is about to pay dividends. $$$$ if you know what I mean...LOL.

SpeedDriven successfully completes Mercedes M275 V12 twin turbo swap into W211 E-Class sedan - EV12

First of all, congratulations to SpeedDriven as well as the owner of this W211 E-class BenzBoost user V12GodSpeed. This has been a long and grueling project but that day that makes it all worth it is here with the twin turbo V12 powered beast finally running. This is essentially an EV12 swap which was made famous by the tuner Brabus although they charge over $300,000 for some of these M275 V12 conversions. To see a US shop without the resources of Brabus pull this off is a major achievement. Dyno graphs and further details coming soon, for now enjoy the pictures and video.

Thank You gents for all the props!

I also want to mention speedriven is very capable of doing amazing work. They are a major tuner in the mercedes world, Marcin, whom I call the V12 Doctor is a mastermind when it comes to tuning.

I would like to give proper credits since this car was a collaboration of various hands and speedriven.

I would like to give credit to my Tech Jeffrey Moscoe, while he took on the challenge of making this car run, connecting the electronics, and turning the key, the man has been on my side like an Angel. I truly admire this guy and respect him as a professional and as a friend, he doesnt have a shop but is recogninzed in the modification world.

Another person, Supy- who did the manifolds, motor mounts, exhaust and making these monster turbos fit along with custom hardware at LM24 in long island. Their welding and creativity work is amazing. Mad respect for LM24 and his crew.

Next step is for Speedriven- Marcin to dyno tune this monster, right now this is just a preliminary file and we are adjusting or A/F ratios. He will either fly in or I will drive to Chicago where his shop is located.

In this month we are going to be working very hard on the tranny in modifying clutch packs, valve body and a nice stall Torque converter, I want to leave no bases uncovered. Yes, I am also reinforcing the subframe, that is key. So please stay posted...this will be epic.Click here to enlarge
