Hey guys, starting a thread for people that want to post up supplements or diets they are on. I'm currently using:
    Gaspari Nutrition MyoFusion protein: http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/gn/myofusion.html
    Kre-Alkalyn 1500: http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/sf/kre.html

    Both I highly recommend

I use this protein supplement: http://www.atlargenutrition.com/nutr...?products_id=1

It was awarded the best protein powder by Men's health in 2008 and 2009. I like the taste of it overall.

Kre-Alkalyn is probably the best creatine supplement you can buy to this day. For protein I prefer whey gourmet vanilla as I can flavor it with anything from peanut butter to fresh fruit and it is extremely clean.

I agree, i only take one pill post workout though. too much creatine and it adds too much water weight too fast and my run time goes down significantly. i can add 5lbs from that in about a week, strength goes up with it as well, but then i cant move. so its all about balance.

for protein, depepnds on the day and workout, i love syntha-6 for pre and post, but if its an off day i like isopure. i take a lot of green tea, a multivitamin and CoQ10 religuosly and then on low carb weeks chromium picolonate. other than that, try to eat clean and rest,as those are the most important parts really

Why even bother with creatine though? From what I understand it is mostly water it adds to give the appearance of larger muscles.

water under/ in the muscle belly, so yes it is water, but good water. considering we are water, it helps a great deal. i wont go into specifics, but basically it allows for stronger contraction, hence strength, also, what you take post workout is the most important meal, so i replenish my system with it.

thats not an easy way out. you cant just poke and grow, still need to have proper diet excercsie and rest cycle. when it comes to juice, its not what you gain, its what you keep. Thats why dudes are huge for 2-3 months, and then smaller than when they started. roids are not for noobs. BUT THEY SURE ARE FUN!! Click here to enlarge

always good to have a fitness thread. Ive been training for 5 years. Worked at Sports Club LA of Beverly Hills for 3 years as an Advantage Trainer, left there over a year ago. Work out of the Sofitel Hotel on La Cienega and Beverly Blvd. Anyone need fitness tips, glad to contribute. I see to many douche bags in the gym lifting so incorrectly, always ok to ask for help!
