O yea and i have a 2012 coupe with the MCT which has shown better numbers due to less parasitic loss compared to the torque converter in the 7G which came pre 2012

Thank you for your email and thank you for your interest in our products. We have designed and manufactured a few sets of camshafts for the M156 but our research has shown that the costs outweigh the performance gains. At this point we don't offer a cam solution for M156. Our CNC ported heads do however work very well, especially when the car is specifically tuned for these modifications
Good job there you have it folks.

As we know the SLS has a different non variable intake manifold and also individual "trumpet" style runners that can better take advantage of the aggressive cams uptop.

I know the easy answer for power is a 3.0Liter blower but knowing this is the last great N/A engine from AMG that was awarded performance engine of the year 2 times makes me want to preserve the N/A aspect of it. Prob will pick up another boost monster that i can have my high hp thrills in and keep this thing at what its great at
That's one way to think of it but another is that because it has such great volumetric efficiency is that if you add a little boost it really goes a long way. Same applies to the M3.
