    Single gt37r 335i vs gintani stage 2 m3 rematch

Heres a video of the rematch between me and my buddies gintani m3. The car wasnt running well the last time we ran. gintani m3 is at 570whp and my 335i is at 675whp. Peddled it in 4th gear a little bit.

Cool video much clearer than the last one. To be honest I thought it would be closer with a 100whp disparity.

What tune are you running on the GT37R? Timing and boost? And what other supporting mods?

To much lag with that GT37. Your going to need a GTX model for our cars.

+1 But it might be too late for that since his build seems done already.

He could always upgrade to the GTX in the future since they are the same frame sizing.

Wouldn't mind seeing a dynograph. I'm assuming you have much bigger numbers in mind for the future because of turbo choice?

What are the specs on that turbo a/r wise? How far was the pull up to? Pretty evident the M3 has the better powerband despite having less power.

The grey car that pulled is the 335i, it just has m3 fenders. The Gintani car is in car camera, look at hood, cluster, steering wheel.

Sorry guys camera car is the m3. I wasn't fully into in 4th gear either. You can see how I pulled in 3rd. Turbo is a t/s dbb gt37r with .88 hot side. On that run I was running my kill flash which is from wedge and around 27 psi. I'll attach a graph it actually doesn't look to different than a 6466 graph. Also made 675 on pump 94 and meth I figure if I ran race gas timing would have held nicely and made a little more.

Hehehe..I was looking at the speedometer and was wondering if it was an m3. Well I'm happy to eat my words. Thanks for the specs on the turbo...can't wait to see how my 1.0 a/r 6266 will run.

Just watch out for those dct m3'sClick here to enlarge. Although I'm thinking the 335 still would have pulled. 100hp is a big difference.

Lol I no the dct's shift killer quick and the worst part is this shift big I get after every gear changing boost has to build back up after every gear change it's terrible I lose so much momentum. I do think I would have much problem with a dct car either tho.

What do most people think? lol. Yeah it looks fairly comparable to @Ak335i's last dyno sheet TBH. So like you said, on par with a PTE 6466. Which is to be expected on the spool side. What are your power goals? Built motor future? haha
