    PP-Performance Stage 2 tuned F13 M6 versus tuned C6 RS6 V10, Nissan GTR, turbo GT3 RS mile drag race

Unfortunately Audi did not bring the beast that is the C6 RS6 to the United States. The twin turbo V10 wagon (also available in a sedan variant) features a 5.0 liter V10 based on the Gallardo design with 580 horsepower stock. It is very potent stock let alone when tuned as the example in the video. That said the lighter F13 M6 is no slouch and features a twin turbo 4.4 liter S63TU V8 sending power to the rear wheels through a dual clutch transmission unlike the RS6.

Technology marches on as the result shows with the M6 coming out on top. The M6 1/4 mile trap speed is 131.27 miles per hour to the RS6's abnormally low 114.18 and the mile difference is 182.45 for the M6 to 174.48 for the RS6. A decisive victory for the M6.

The GTR run is unfortunately a dud as the GTR has some issues at the line and does not get going until the M6 is already finishing up. Whatever is affecting the GTR forces it off the tarmac and it can not complete the run. The M6 backs up its mile trap with an even faster 184.56. It's definitely moving well.

The final run is against 9FF turbo GT3. You may be wondering why a turbo GT3 but as a power and acceleration platform the high revving GT3 motor and lighter curb weight makes a lot of sense to utilize. Horsepower for the GT3 is stated to be around 1000. It takes a little while for the GT3 to stretch its legs but it puts up the faster 1/4 mile trap at 135.57 to the M6 128.48. The mile trap for the GT3 is lower though at 176.97 meaning the GT3 likely let off or its aerodynamic drag became a large factor or likely both. Regardless, for what is claimed to be a 1000 horsepower car the GT3 is not performing like one.

No way that GT3 has 1000hp, should have dusted the M6. Anyway, the M6 was pretty tight!

They aren't set up for a strong launch with their tire choices but more for the top end sprint.

+1 I dont think those Pcars will launch hard unless they have setup a good 2-step w/good driver.
