Magician Dynamo vs. Coulthard Awesome trick

I'm not that into magic tricks because in the end you know you're gonna get cheated upon.
But this Dynamo character is actually quite a cool guy, and he does lots of crazy things. Some of you may know him of his Discovery programs where he performs some (to me) unexplainable awesome tricks.

This now is a very cool car trick, leaving David Coulthard very puzzled in the end Click here to enlarge

Magician Dynamo pulls an awesome magic trick on David Coulthard leaving him amazed

This is definitely a magic trick worth watching. There is always a logical explanation to a trick but David Coulthard (former Formula 1 and DTM race car driver) can not be blamed for scratching his head after this one. Coulthard takes a timed lap around a makeshift track with a Mercedes SL after refusing to do it blindfolded and then the magician Dynamo does the same thing except with the blindfold. How he manages to do that BenzBoost has no idea.

I will not spoil the rest, simply watch the video below and try to figure it out for yourself. Very, very cool.

Here's how he drove the lap:

With Lane Keeping Assist, a special camera watches the markings on the pavement as you drive. If it senses that you're drifting out of your lane, it vibrates the steering wheel.
The real trick is at the end with the time.

I figured the heat of the fire served as markers but now it makes sense why the SL was used.
