Putting together a drag setup, need input.

Right now im on TE37's 19x10.5+22 out back. I'm trying to source a relatively cheap 17-18" wheel, 10-10.5" wide and narrowing it down to 3 tires. Looking at a NT05R DR (285) a M&H DR (275/40) and POSSIBLY a mickey ET street radial (285) Can anyone chime in on tire recomendation and possible wheel selection? These don't have to be fancy, and will see zero road use. I'll drive up to the strip, then just swap out my rear wheel/tires, run her then swap em back out. Thanks ahead of time for the info/suggestions.

you cant fit 17's, so 18's it is
multiple brands, but a lot of people use OEM wheels, I would go with Apex wheels for weight/strength
tires, MT ET streets are basically the best you can get. nt555r are the next best

Mickey Thompson or Hoosier Quick Time Pro. I'd go with the Hoosier personally and I've tried the Mickey Thompson which is the best... other than the Hoosier.

17's will require a custom wheel, it can be done. You will likely end up with an 18 though because you have off the shelf choices. It just depends how serious you intend to get.

Tried to edit the post, but here's the link to the Apex E9x M3 wheel section. ARC-8s are lighter and come in 18x10 & 18x10.5".
