    Somehow I missed this video... Good stuff, the writer sucks as a driver but Pobst is one of the most talented guys in the sports car world. I enjoy his opinion, interesting review of the Viper I had expect a bit more from it

    Chrysler replied that Randy Pobst has traditionally struggled with the Viper and one of their drivers would have done much better.

    You know now that you say that I recall that, Giles himself made the comment if I recall. They were not happy with it, no driver is perfect but Pobst is hella consistent IMO. The Viper has always been a bear to drive on road course in the best hands. I'll cut some slack but thats a big gap IMO. Not sure they get it all back with a factory driver moreover whats that mean for the average Joe

    Having the same driver in both is one thing but some drivers are better in other cars. I trust a hand-picked Chrysler driver would do much better. And Pobst is way, way past his prime.
