I seen one of these with the 6.7 and some mods "tearing up" an 1/8th mile strip near my town last summer. My modded up 03 Lightning wouldn't have hung with it at all if we would've raced! Cool truck, no offense to many around on this site but the truck pictured would probably school many C63's on these boards. "Let the games begin" hahahahahahahahaha.

I've thought about that a bit lately, I have an 04 Cobra that still has the stock blower, but many, many, other "go fast" mods, and I truthfully cannot see a modded c63 hanging with it, unless the C63 has a blower or nitrous as well. But never-the-less, me being human, I'm wanting something different for a change, and I see some pretty good used C63's for under 50K, that would leave some coin on the table for some mods. I live in Wyoming, so it's hard to be able to drive one of these cars, before becoming very serious about purchasing one, but I think I'd like it?

I don't see how one would not like a C63 more than the 03-04 Mustang. It's night and day build quality.

Huge difference between 03/04 mustang gt and Cobra, I'd say at least 50% of all 03/04 cobras are modded with more than 500 to the wheels. Surely not as nice as a C63, but a lot of bang-for-the-buck, for straight-line brawling. I still love mine, but want to try something different, I'd probably think higher if they were offered with an automatic option, instead of just a T56 though.

Do not disagree, great bang for buck just not as well built or luxurious of a car. The C63 is far more solid and sophisticated.

Sick truck. I always have wanted one of these. The biggest truck Ford offers here is the damn Ranger with a 4 cylinder engine. Meh.

That's quiet ridiculous. All you see in America is big ass trucks with v8's.

And 60-70 wheel horsepower is a hell of a large claim. Has anyone gotten anywhere near that with headers? I don't think so.

I believe they mean with headers and the tune.

Long Tube headers on a M156 can net the most horsepower out of any mod you can do to the car, minus a supercharger of course. Its not hard to believe 40-50whp can be made by deleting a primary cat on the c63. A tune should be good for 15-20+ WHP on the low side I dont know why it would be hard to believe such a claim.

They should specify that as it implies tune with the claim on the picture of the headers. It's conveniently omitted.

That was my guess. I'm not affiliated with them I'm just offering up what I saw advertised. The subject is "name all the header companys for c63 please" so I'm just offering what I've seen at another board (mbworld).

That's perfectly fine it obviously has to be with a tune. They should not leave that out as the picture is designed to imply that is coming from the headers.
