Velos Designwerks Performance Software Holiday Promotion

    Dear Members,

We will be offering promotional pricing on all our 63 NA tunes for the Holiday Season. We are offering attractive options with and without our personal tuner. This promotion will run from now through the Holiday Season. We also have some new projects coming soon from Velos and look forward to launching early 2013 and sharing with the community.

The Velos Designwerks Performance software involves a remapping of several of the factory’s ECU maps including, but not limited to, the fuel maps, throttle maps, ignition maps, and limiters. Velos Designwerks makes it a point to show the a/f ratio where other tuners choose to hide this information due to the car’s nature to run rich. Custom software is also available for cars with exhaust ugprades, headers, or intake upgrades. Software solutions available for all model years including Black Series as well as cars equipped with Performance Package upgrade from factory.
When it comes to unleashing your C63’s true potential the Velos Designwerks Performance Software is the choice for the true enthusiasts.

    Performance Figures:
    Horsepower Gain Peak: 92 HP
Torque Gain: 70 lb ft of torque

-Please post in the thread or PM for your holiday promo code and Holiday PROMO pricing. Codes will change week by week.

People have been very, very happy with this tune.

How much does the holiday pricing save?

Members can expect to save over $300 off retail. They are encouraged to PM for actual pricing also the sooner they order the greater the savings.

Kenny, please fix the information in the post to be more accurate. You are not putting out 497 BHP. You should be closer to 540 BHP with a tune on a regular C63.

Also you should clarify the work that was done to the car to get the dyno results. Did it have stock filters and exhaust or were there modifications done to the car.

Actually, I'd like to see a dyno graph of a pure stock C63 with the Velos tune. If you can post one here that would be great. Thanks!

    Hey,

Depending on the production date you can expect to see ~420-440 rwhp tune only assuming the conditions allow. This will put these cars at an estimated ~510-540 BHP range assuming a drive train loss of ~18.5%.

**Given the most commonly used dyno is a Dyno Jet which uses a drive train loss of ~18.5% in its formula for calculating rwhp horsepower.

It's a bit easier to give the power output as a standard C63 and a Performance package will dyno differently in their stock forms but will get the same results after the tune, mods, etc...

That's fine, but the text he had in the original post said the car was putting out 497 BHP. Anyone reading the post would know that the regular C63 is rated at 451 hp and adding 92 hp to 451 does not equal 497 hp. I'm just trying to avoid the same questions that come up every time you guys post and try to sell your tuner.
