CR9 Full Carbon Fiber wheels by Carbon Revolution
There is a new wheel manufacturer on the block, Carbon Revolution.
They make one-piece Carbon Fibre wheels.
The wheels are not cheap at all.
With a $15.000,- pricemark they can be called expensive.
But what they promise is awesome.
A 19 x 8.5 front wheel weighs only 6.9 kg, rearwheels 19 x 12 only 8.1 kg.
That is 40% lighter than a forged aluminum wheel.

There are two theories to arguing with women. Neither one works

I don't trust a full carbon wheel. It's a cool idea but I'll spend less and stick with metal that bends and does not shatter.

I think they're bad ass.
People on automotive forums have no point, they just want to argue.

Any testing been done with these? Warranty? More info for the ones that do want to be crazy and pick up some speed. I wonder how much you would save on unsprung weight converted to hp
