Eurocharged C63 w/ MBH Headers and more...

this is just a small introduction of my car with the current mods it has... at the request of @Sticky , there will also be some information regarding the MBH headers...

    2010 C63
    Eurocharged V3+ Tune
    MBH Catless Headers
    BMC Filters
    Euro Airboxes
    DadsC63 CF Vented Hood
    DadsC63 CF Trunk w/Integrated Spoiler
Black Vinyl Wrapped Roof and Chrome Trimming
    Powder Coated Stock Wheels
    Powder Coated Stock Muffler Tips
    Clear Corner Lenses
LED: Eyelids, Corners, License Plate, Reverse
    Black Grill w/Chrome Mercedes Star
    CF Front Lip
    CF Big Fin Diffuser
Custom Painted Hood, Trunk, Bumper, Lip
    Debaged
    20% Tint
LED Lights in Front Lip (will be removed)
    (idk if i missed anything...)

all dynos were done on the same mustang dyno at autoscope park cities location in dallas, tx... i don't have all the dyno sheets with me but the numbers below are from them...

when i had the 2009 i had done a before after dyno with eurocharged tune

    2009 c63
    hp/tq
    stock - before: 352/342 (1-25-2010)
    tuned - after: 386/351 (1-27-2010)
someone helped me figure out that there was probably a drive train loss of 22%
    tune was eurocharged v1

    2010 c63
there was no before dyno done on this. mbh headers + eurocharged v2
    431/403 (10-15-2010)

this dyno was done before the v3 tune. additional mods since last dyno: ROW airboxes, bmc filters, and definitely long enough time for the last tune to adapt
    437/403 (7-21-2011)

    after v3 tune
    471/438 (7-21-2011)

since a dyno wasn't run on the 2010 when it was stock, i'm not sure how to figure the drive train loss, but i was recommended to use about 20%.

i'm extremely happy with my car and the results so far...

    Here are some vids

and below are some pics from the installation of the headers... pics were taken by autoscope

a friend of mine took some professional photos of my car and they are also below...

the last few were taken from my phone when i picked up the car after the paint work was finished...

    thank you everyone

To think we have the same model car and, yet, in reality, there is no comparison. Your car is gorgeous!!!!

Awesome post! I ordered MBH headers, mids and x-pipe. I'll do a write up as well and see how we compare. I've got to find some time to dyno stock without tune.

What other mods are you planning, if any?

i've got some evosport rotors and some endless pads that are not installed yet... i'm using up my stockers for now...

i still have my stock res and mufflers... the thought of replacing them have crossed my mind...

i've been thinking about new wheels but i've been holding off for a decent way to go widebody on the rears so i can put a larger wheel/tire combo back there...

i probably won't drop the car because the car is pretty low because of that lip... if i ever change the lip or replace the front bumper... than i may drop it...

even though i love reading about the supercharger... i just don't see it happening for me... but i still enjoy the heck out of my car as is...

    You're welcome.

I'm also waiting a little bit to install my Evosport rotors. When I do my next pads change, I'll throw on the Evosports. My P31 rotors will only be 50% used up by then. So, when the Evosports wear out, I'll throw on the P31's for the remainder of the time I own the car, most likely.

RE: wheels... I have to say, and it's just my opinion, I love the look of the stock wheels with the black finish that you have. I think they look awesome on your car.

At first it was a little weird not having it but it didn't take me long to really start to enjoy the Caddy.

Car looks really nice, thanks for posting!! One suggestion though...I think you should add some H&R wheels spacers to all four corners. It would complete the aggressive look and make the stance look much better. Not to mention, it will help a little with turn in if you ever have it on a road course. I put them on my BS during a track day and noticed a difference after install. Otherwise, very nice setup and some solid numbers you have there, congrats.

If you weight the headers make sure you weight the stock pieces as well.

Why not? You will never want to go back once you try it. Greatest thing you could ever do to your car.

hmmm... thanks... interesting idea... any cons to adding spacers? perhaps a risk of the tires touching the fender?

I doubt it especially with the OEM setup. Are you lowered? Check with the guys at Euerocared and see what they say Click here to enlarge LOL
IIRC mine are 12mm spacers but they did require longer lug bolts and you know those TI lugs are like 20whp Click here to enlarge

    Excellent Post!!!

Car looks strikingly Amazing. I love the tinted tail lights. Your dyno curve is really healthy. Eurocharged seem to have an excellent matched tune for this application .MBH headers are pure quality.

    Thank you

thank you... to be honest... i have no idea how to read the curve... i just look at the numbers and smile if it's higher than the one before

i love the lights too... funny thing is... originally i told the shop i wanted a dark cherry red... i didn't want it too close to black because i was afraid the brake lights wouldn't shine through well enough...
but when i went to pick up my finished car... i saw that it was much darker than i had wanted it... but damn did it look nice and clean...

i then checked the lights that night and the brake lights can be seen with no problems at night
