    Counter Strike: Global Offensive

Anyone else playing it? Came out yesterday on Steam for only $15. Had a lot of fun with the beta, started playing some zombie maps last night and played for a good couple of hours. Definitely worth getting. One of the very few FPS that's actually based on skill.

It's similar. Same overall concept and pc and consoles can play together. The mechanics seem to be a combination of 1.6 and Source.

Yeah, half the fun is hearing people fighting over the mic. Friend made a recording, I'll try to get a hold that.

I'm surprised the source engine is still used for anything.

I hear the PS3 version is supposed to be multi-platform but not Xbox.

Heard a couple of people having problems running it on the forum. Kind of odd since it ins't a game that seems like it requires much to run. You don't want it on consoles, FPS should only be played on PC.
