Took a trip to Deals Gap/Tail of the Dragon and the Cherohala Skyway (Porsche/R8/Viper////M/GTR/NSX/ZR1/LS1RX7 content)

We took a group of about 25 to the Dragon and Skyway last Sunday. Had a blast and took a bunch of pictures. I have lived within an hour or 2 of these roads my whole life, but if you ever get the opportunity to take a trip down the Tennessee/North Carolina and hit these roads, take advantage (especially the Cherohala Skyway).

I was there years ago on the R1. soooo much fun. I felt the skyway was more my style, but had to do the dragon to say i survived. Luckily, i left there fully intact, and nothing on the tree.

It looks like you had a great time. I always wanted to go back there with the car, but I dont want to risk it again Click here to enlarge

Yep, East Tennessee/Western N. Carolina (and some North Georgia roads as well). Best driving roads in the country IMO.

Bring it on down! Ive lived here my whole life and ran the dragon and skyway more times that I can count. If you keep it within your limits, you will be fine. There is def a risk there, but it is so much fun.
