    Pacquiao vs Bradley

In case you havent seen, the rules have changed for boxing.

The person with the least amount of hits wins Click here to enlarge

Pac-man connected solidly with a lot more shots than Bradley, total attempted shots vs connected shots were a lot better ratio compared to the wildly swinging Bradley. Mannys defense was way better, kepts his gloves up, and kept moving.

Yet somehow they give the win to Bradley. Rigging sports has come to an all time low. I cant wait til November when Manny rematches and hands him his ass.

It is ridiculous dude. I really can't believe they gave the fight to Bradley. Just unbelievable!!! So many haters out there, the judges can go suck a big one. They must have been paid good $$$.

I don't know why anybody is surprised. Boxing is and has been one of the most corrupt sports ever. The sheer amount of money that gets passed through on this sport through betting is one of the causes of that. Now if you don't knock the opponent out and leave it up to the judges well then.......they have to earn their money somehow right?

Was telling my buddy, I haven't watched boxing since tyson went to jail, most because UFC is more exciting, but the corruption is a factor as well. It's a dying sport for a reason. When pac retires, the sport is done. O ly exception is the third world fans watching their hometown heros

These judges have too much power and can be swayed too easily. Why isn't there some kind of check on them? Every other outside judge scored it for Pacquiao, that should raise some eyebrows.

I have a feeling it was done by HBO themselves.

100 million people watch the fight. Manny loses. People get enraged. They ask the question 'Manny do you want a rematch?' Of course he says yes. Cue November fight. HBO hosts again. Another 100 million people pay the PPV to watch it or go to the arena. Manny wins.

But does he really? The only winner here is HBO, rigging the show to create a sequel to last nights fight, in order to fatten their pockets. Its a shame because Manny really loves what he does....and when he retires it indeed will be over.

My girlfriend is Filipino, along with a lot of my friends...we always cheer for the hometown favorite. But last night I dont think any of us said a word for 3 minutes...we were too dumbfounded watching the screen.

Funny, nobody complained when he stole the fight against marquez... Why didnt people complained about box back then?

Get over it, box its a bussines, HBO decides how much money and when he wants to make it, and having an popular idol like pacquiao its just a bussines move. Dont get me wrong, pac-man is one of THE best boxers in the recent history, but if you guys were really"concerned" about box, you would have complained way earlier than this fight, even earlier than the fight Marquez got stolen.

Funny, just funny. Whatever, people will talk about it, be mad for a couple of weeks, but in a couple of months they will forget and continue supporting HBO's box empire bussines.

Because that fight was way closer. It really should have been called a draw.

I couldn't believe it when they were reading out the scorecards. If the fight was rigged by anyone it was Bob Arum. He's the promoter for both Paquio and Bradley, so no only did he make a buttload of money on the fight, but he'll make just as much in a rematch.

The WBO completed its review Wednesday of Timothy Bradley's controversial split-decision victory against Manny Pacquiao with its five-member international judging panel all scoring the fight for Pacquiao, even though the official result will stand.

If they reviewed it and all scored it for Pacquiao why won't they overturn the result?

It should be overturned, this makes no sense.

If you read the article. Pacquiao said he doesn't want the result to be overturned in his favor. "Pacquiao told The Associated Press from the Philippines on Thursday that he would prefer a rematch rather than Bradley giving up the WBO welterweight title that he won on a split decision because "people may think I just usurped it."

Pretty much he said for his fans to keep faith and he will take the WBO title back on the rematch. This $#@! looks to be all staged...boxing is just a joke now.
