Look at my 2 month old spark plug

So my car threw a CL we hooked it up to the computer and it said cylinder 4, -257 miss fire, we checked all the coil packs everything was fine, we listened to the injectors they ware working. So we pull out 2 month old Bosh spark plug ( originals ware NGK). Look at this picture my mechanic been fixing German cars for 20 years and never seen this happen.
