Stock TTRS vs Tuned e92 M3

I believe it's 3.6 with their dual clutch/launch control engaged.

TTRS is the first TT i can get behind. that being said i don't like understeer. i don't care how hard you can launch a awd car ... its still a brick in the corners.

A lot of M3 owners would not have even raced from a dig, knowing they had no shot. Props to M3 owner.

The M3 won, right? By the comments, it seems like I am not seeing something. It walked it at top end (100 more horses).

Yup...that launch control just stuck the Audi out there for awhile. I was surprised it to the M3 so long to run him down. Those things should be pretty beast when they are modded for some more top end grunt.
Never thought I would see the day...

That Audi got up and got moving... If it had a tune and exhaust I doubt he would have caught him. From a roll however that race goes very differently

It would take more than that I think. The M3 is pulling hard at the end.

Was the M3 pulling hard at the end, or did the Audi let off?

He may have let off right as he got passed...but if you watch right when they move to the far left lanes the M3 is really pulling hard.

Ahh.. Got it - I had to Google it (displacement) - that is one potent engine. Not bad launch control logic either - that thing took off like it was slung from a wrist-rocket. I hate the sound of it - it sounds terrible, but would like to check one out.

Now that you mention it, it did look like the M3 was gaining ground quickly toward the end.

ECU only usually expect a min of 45hp or so.
DP & Exhaust expect another 40hp or so...

Depending on the octane it could make an easy 85hp or as much as 110 more hp. That would make a difference, the M3 might walk it down but it wouldn't be easy from a dig.

That car is beautiful though. It is a mini r8 and you do get what you're paying for too.

Keep in mind that's only stage1 and no other mods. APR offers 3 stages and exhaust upgrades.
