    ML63 making 633HP :-)

This ML63 with M156 platform has got headers, catless pipes, air filters and a throttle body with a PP-Performance software. This car is from Moscow from TTR (Tuning Technologies), they are partners with PPP, and the dyno they run is diffrent than the MAHA dyno, you can see how the MAHA LPS-300 reads lower than normal. They were able to jump this baby an extra 100HP from stock hitting 633HP on this dyno

I assume this is crank HP? Calculating an 18% factor for drivetrain loss this equates to about 506rwhp which is about part for the course these days for an M156 with the mods you have listed. The best part is that its in an SUV, I bet you catch a few people off gaurd.

Yep, it's extrapolating a crank HP figure from a wheel HP measurement. The driveline loss factor is probably a little higher than 18%, since it's an ML with AWD.

    Good point.

I'd expect it to be making more than 507 at the wheel being catless and a larger TB. JRCart was making 500whp with the just longs tubes and a tune IIRC.

MAHA dyno's usually show the drivetrain loss, why doesn't this one?

Luke, the most I made NA with LTs, tunes, cat delete and intake was 511, but remeber that was with Dymags so this ML is making more HP than my BS did NA without Dymags. I don't know if any M156 has cracked the 510whp mark with headers, tune, intake cat delete only.

With this being all wheel drive it simply has to have a higher loss.

Would love to see this on a mustang or dynojet to make it easier.

Yeah but this ML also has a larger throttle body. And we all know the stock TB's don't open 100% even under full throttle.
