Brake options for '64 Rolls Royce Silver Cloud III?

Ya, I know, this isn't what we are used to seeing. But, my birthday is coming up next month and I intend to take the Rolls out to celebrate. Anyway, the original drum brakes are shot as some brake cylinder or something or other dried out and to repair it just like the original is going to cost quite a bit of money.

Can't I just remove the crappy drum brakes and add disc brakes in? How much would that cost?

I could then repair the drum brake system later and put it on so the car is completely original when it is time to sell it and save myself cash in the mean time and enjoy driving it around.

Sigh... aren't there universal brake disc kits for classic cars?

Anybody? Maybe I can find a wrecked one somewhere but I doubt it.

Brakes are fixed. Found a place that makes reproduction original parts better AND cheaper than going through Rolls Royce direct. Going to put on some nice music, enjoy this sunny day in SoCal, and drive around:

Congratulations - that's really cool. How long has this been in your family (or is this yours?)

It's mine to do with as I please but it needs a little work. It belonged to a family friend who restored it but he passed away and his wife knew I liked cars and this one in particular so I got first crack at it. I'm probably going to sell it later this year though.

Had trouble starting it at the gas station. There is something wrong with the electrical system as when I turn on the lights the fronts come on but the taillights don't. I think there is a short somewhere draining the battery but I don't know how to fix it.

    The rear blinkers work though...
