    some intake porn

    A buddy of mine is building a Fox body notchback&is using a sheetmetal intake from Hogans...as a welder,looking at these welds gave me a hard on...I love anything on an engine thats fabbed by hand&these have to be the pinnacle of fabbing

    Oh, I see then... I have used TIG Welding but well...It just doesnt look like that lol. You tend to appreciate things more when you know how laborious something can be.

    Hahaha, it is kind of difficult to get all the insert drops so evenly. Takes a lot of practice.
    The welds are top notch. Bet he welds aluminum for a living.
    I is just not something you do like this when you weld once every so much time.
    + it's very hard to weld this thick aluminum. You really have to put a lot of heat into it. And then the material tends to warp...
