Speedriven to offer M275 V12 Garrett Ball Bearing gt3582r based turbo upgrades capable of 1000+ horsepower

It has a taken a while but Mercedes M275 V12 turbo modification is picking up steam and getting to the level we had hoped we would see. Speedriven will offer Garret GT28, GT30, and GT35R upgrade packages with custom stainless steel manifolds. Even 91 pump may be good for close to the 800 whp range. Transmission upgrades for the big boy turbos will be a must. Great to see a company finally giving the V12 the turbos it deserves but we want to see dynos and 1/4 mile runs to back up the claims.

This package will be insane!!! after my little project i have come to see that my tranny is the one taking the hit, she goes in limp as soon as boost comes in. It looks like a transmission upgrade is a must.

upgrade the clutch packs, and have marcin look at the tq limiting on the trans in the ecu. Thats what typically causes limp mode...not fun indeed. Also look at an upgraded diff....your blazing new territory, time to have parts on standby!

Well in terms of the Physical part, just really upgrading the internals, new clutches, new bearings, seals, oil etc.. Thats all you pretty much need.

Last week we replaced all that and yet it still slips. ugh...we Marcin, My tech Jeff and I have come to the conclusion the valve body is no good. The vlave nody is not holding enough pressure thru the gears, it could either be deffective, or be an old NA valve body whcih did not give problems until it was faced with this amount of power and torque.

We ordered a new one today and gets installed later on tonight. Let s see what else brakes...LOL

If the transmission seems to be working ok just take it to the track and give it a soft launch. Let's see what this animal traps!!!

How high can the torque limits in the ecu be raised?

She limps as soon as torque kicks in...stays stuck in gear. LOL

I was going to take her to the track this saturday but no use.

Probably because they want to keep the response decent. Two of the new gtx35r's is alot of turbo. Certainly good for 1,000+ so no need for more lag.

Good point but maybe for the extra displacement and better brakes.

Any updates on the turbo upgrades? I would love to see what kind of numbers produced from 93 octane.

Speeddriven seems to be showing some impressive results with upgraded turbos.

I have seen the dyno sheet and the numbers are less than VRP825 package numbers. that is why I was wondering about a more recent developement.
