Eisenmann completes sport performance prototype exhaust for C63 AMG - Race system up next

Eisenmann is a factory supplier for AMG which often means they do not produce aftermarket exhausts for Mercedes AMG models. An exception in this instance has been made and Eisenmann has wrapped up its sport perforamnce C63 AMG exhaust prototype. The exhaust should be officially available soon and features 120x77 mm tips. A race exhaust system will also be available after the sport. As always, the exhaust will be available for purchase through BenzBoost premier vendor IND who is the official North American Distributer for Eisenmann: www.eisenmann-na.com

The reason that after market exhaust systems for AMG is less variable than M cars is because the AMG cars have great factory exhaust, any 2 cylinder engine with AMG exhaust sounds MEAN.

It does sound close to stock, are there any spec sheets in terms of performance yet?

Not yet, expect good gains with the race. This setup is mostly for sound.

How does this clip compare to a stock C63 with secondary cat delete only?

Good question, don't know if I have seen a youtube clip with just secondary cat deletes. The Eisenmann setup should sound "cleaner" and the race will definitely be more aggressive.

    Thanks.

I think this clip sounds great. Similar to stock but a little more loud and it has a little rasp which I like. I'm sure ill love the race set up.

Thanks for that Mort, that sounds pretty damn aggressive. Kind of feels like it is missing something but for just an x-pipe and resonator delete, pretty nice.

It needs a crossover section, a H or x pipe will do the trick.

Has a MBH X-Pipe to replace the secondary cats....LOL

Sounded a lot rougher and tougher before the X-Pipe. Had straight pipes to replace the cats at first along with straight pipe resonator delete.

Stock manifolds and primary cats. The X-Pipe seemed to smooth out the exhaust note and made it sound quicker and more refined to me.
