Man that didn't take long, f-in limp mode

Took the cl out for a long drive today, nothing brutal, and was logging IAT, btw 60 miles one way, ambient temp was 60 and IAT was 103 pretty good...I guess I was giving the original logging enough driving time.
Ok so on way home, all of a sudden, sloooowwwww....check engine light, and weird slight drone from exhaust?, open waste gates? Drove her very carefully for 45 miles home, pulled codes, 7 of them,
P0302, p0311,p0309,p0312,p0308, p0310, and finally p0300.....all misfires passenger side .....time for new coil packs, but I have been told my warranty should cover, fingers xxed.
Only driven the beast for 1k miles in last 4 weeks.

Warranty definitely should cover as long as there are no modification hassles.

1k miles and this? How is the reliability of that motor?

Why would the "pre-cats" so to speak be causing misfires?

Ah, I see what you are saying. At least it might give you an excuse to eliminate the pre-cats...

I see, yes, best to keep your warranty intact then.

From the sound of it the coil packs are a frequent problem. Wise move with the extended warranty.
