    Probably because you can make 500 on stock turbos and 600 on stock frames. It's both worth the trouble or expense 'just' for 550whp.

    The 6466 spools so quickly, I wouldn't recommend anything...

    Catch can and PCV (head tapping, etc.) isn't your issue here. That only matters under boost when there is blowby. Your issue is likely the turbo and its oiling system.
