Why keep it so secret? No offense but it doesn't help you not willing to be public with this information. If anything it hurts.
It's not like rb couldn't get a set of your turbos and see what you...

@PTF has a money back guarantee?
Wouldn't the wine preservation spray work equally as well? AFAIK it just inserts the inert gases to displace oxygen to prevent oxidation. Obviously you need to seal it to stop oxygen...
If you want the wine to stay good after it's opened(you should just finish the bottle) just use one of the CO2 wine preservation sprays...or are they no longer popular?
I am going to have to try that! If nothing it's an excuse to add another bottle to the collection.
I don't see this happening...who is going to pay the labor cost of potentially 3 turbo installs and two dyno test and tune sessions? 3k+ just to prove what we all 'know' that both will perform within...

I think that is what he is saying. On some cars you can fit a turbo where the CAT is as there is usually a larger opening under the car in that area. Obviously having a turbo where the cat would be...

I'm just calling it what the manufacturers & integrators call it. I don't see how that makes me an idiot or wrong. A dct is a type of automatic transmission.
Do you really think the guys from ZF...

The manufacturers of DCTs call them a type of automatic transmission.
The manufacturer of the vehicles who use the DCTs call them automatic transmissions.
What about this do you not get?

Yeah I say keep the BMW for your daily. Buy a mustang, invest 8k in a TT kit and run 9s on the weekend. It's so $#@!ing cheap to get power out of American cars.
A CTS V would also be a good choice...
I really want to see the gains on stock turbos. If I were you i'd get that dyno done immediately. If there are gains you would sell a ton. 1st mod people do it intakes and a tune, everyone would buy...

Only if it has a torque converter though right? I bet Tony can add one in on his next revision ;)
03-22-2015, 02:32 PM
I'm not trying to describe it at the most basic level.
I'm classifying it as a type of automatic transmission. The same way it is classified by the likes of wiki, Car & Driver, major automotive...

so does everyone...

Says the guy who thinks automatic transmissions have to have torque converters.
Wiki explains the whole thing rather clearly:

I felt like I was retyping what you said ;)
OP your 335 is paid off and only has 65k miles which is nothing. Keep it and bank the 4k you save in payments a year, not to mention an expensive car's...

The GTR has an auto transmission?!?!?! ZOMG!
Keep your BMW.
Those cars are all a lot different from each other. I think you should focus more on trying to decide what you really want and what...
It was funny that the stage 2+ was all attributed to the turbos but the fact was it was really the inlets which was not initially disclosed iirc.

I'm rather hung over as I drank a $#@! ton recently went on an eating and drinking spree. Anywho I remembered I said that an auto tranny does not need to have a torque converter. There are literally...
