Like you said before, some might have problems, but most have not/maybe never will. As for the iron going somewhere, and I am not being a dick, captured by the oil filter, so it won't be floating...

I agree too, its up to the owner what they want to do to their car! I have always been a bit off with the black rim idea, from a distance it looks like steel wheels without the hubcaps, but close up...
I agree, it might look slow, but hearing the tires and having that car, he was dancing on the edge, that too and good drivers do it smooth and you only know how fast when you see their times.
