What specific codes did you get?
Try re-seating all of the coils first. If that doesn't work, you can try moving the coils around and seeing if the misfire moves at the same time. Swap only two coils at a time, then test. Firing order is 1, 5, 3, 6, 2, 4 so I would swap 1 and 6, 5 and 2 and 3 and 4, but like I said only swap a pair at a time so you know if you've moved the faulty one (if one is in fact faulty). If you swap the coils around and nothing changes, take the plugs back out and visually make sure everything looks right with them.
EDIT - As Alex said, make sure the plug well is clean of any and all oil residue. Also make sure the coil is clean where it goes down into the well. Make sure there is nothing up in the contact of the coil where it touches the contact on the top of the plug. "
