Exactly - Apparently this guy does not understand that the factory retune of earlier cars keeps them "stock" since it's OEM tuning. I have yet to see an aftermarket tuner mess with an MP4. So that begs the question...

@SLS AMG -
What do you think has been modified on the MP4 to make it not stock ??? "

" Back on topic - I contacted these guys in Germany who did the throttle blip mod and they said they would be willing to fly to the West coast if there enough people who want the mod. I know of 2 or 3 CLK Black Series owners in LA who are interested.....if anyone else is, please let me know. "

I get it, but each time they get back in the green it's just like what happened here. Guy starts shit with his first post back, derails a thread and gets smacked back into the red. Just get's annoying after a while seeing the same thing over and over and over again. "

Because, as previously mentioned, without rev matched downshiftsnit unsettles the car upon turn in. Why do you think F1 cars all do it and every other road race car in the world??? Idiotic question.....
and even when you don't need to brake for a corner but just downshift it's even more important to rev match the downshift to engine brake and not unsettle the chassis.

@63Master - did I adequately answer your condescending question?? LOL - you have plenty of time to think about it. "

" I've said all along this is the only thing the CLK Black Series is missing. I know one guy had MKB do it but it required shipping them your entire trans for hardware and software changes.
Seems like now someone else has been able to do it in Germany and they are claiming only TCU and ECU software changes - or, if they have the car it can be done via OBD II.
