This build should produce more power and torque. One of the reasons for this is because it is going in a rear wheel drive E55 AMG. Eliminating the all wheel drive drivetrain losses by default will make the rear wheel drive platform more efficient. Secondly, it is a 5.7 liter stroked unit going in a much lighter E55 AMG chassis. What will more power and torque do in a car that is roughly 1500 pounds lighter? Well, good things.
This M113K features a sleeved block from Darton, modified OEM crank for increased stroke, modified rods to be compatible with said stroke increase, ported heads, new bearings, new valves, and of course the Weistec 3.0 liter supercharger unit.
What will the output be? Around 850+ on race gas and 775 horsepower on 93 octane pump gas. BenzBoost eagerly awaits the dyno numbers but the built motor supercharged era of the W211 E55 and M113K V8 is finally hitting full stride.
