• A look at Unitronic's MKVI Golf GTI 2.0TSI performance software - Stage I, I+, II, and and II+ 91 and 93 octane dyno numbers

A nice video overview here from Unitronic regarding their MKVI Golf GTI performance software. The video shows the MKVI Volkswagen Golf GTI on a Dynapack dynamometer with a nice video overlay showing the gains. The graphs are also included below in the post for your viewing pleasure. The stock car puts down 199 horsepower at the front wheels and 207 pound-feet of torque to the front wheels. With the Stage I tune on 91 octane these figures rise to 225 and 252 respectively.

Here are the 1+ results on 93 octane pump gas. The peak figures are 232 horsepower at the wehels and 268 pound-feet of torque at the wheels. Definitely a nice increase on 91 octane pump gas:

The Unitronic Stage 2 tune pushes things further but requires a downpipe. How does 264 wheels horsepower and 292 pound-feet of torque at the wheels sound?

The Stage II+ numbers are also on 93 octane but the figures include the Unitronic K04 turbocharger upgrade, downpipe, and intake. The results are 340 wheel horsepower and 330 pound-feet of torque for a night and day difference versus stock:
