The Mercedes-AMG GLE-Class has two variants. The standard W166 GLE and the C292 'coupe' version of the GLE. The coupe is a direct response to the BMW X6. The GLE63 AMG S being the direct response to the BMW F86 X6M. Well, it indeed does exist. A car for the Porsche 911 'purist' which has been speculated for some time is actually coming. What this vehicle amounts to is basically a Porsche 991 GT3 with a manual transmission. It is expected to be called the 911 R and be fairly limited.

Incredible results here from Australian BenzBoost member @charliekay. His W204 C63 AMG previously ran 10.8 @ 129.2 on the Weistec Stage II supercharger system. He decided to upgrade to the larger 3.0 liter twin screw blower which is part of the Stage III system and his 1/4 mile time improved considerably due to this. ...Published on 10-29-2015 08:36 PM

Excellent numbers here on the dragstrip from a Cobb tuned Porsche 991 Turbo. The car is running the Cobb Stage 2 tune, 100 octane race gas, Fabspeed catalytic converters, and a Sharkwerks exhaust system. Renntech of course has a piggyback tune available for the M133 which was out before flash tuning on the platform was fleshed out. They have been testing their flash tune for some time now with great results. AMS currently only offers an intake for the M133 2.0 liter AMG turbocharger four-cylinder engine in the CLA45/GLA45 AMG models. Very good figures here from Renntech for their tune and exhaust W205 C63 AMG. Renntech previously went 11.9 @ 122.60 in the 1/4 mile on street tires in warmer weather on a track with poor traction.
