AudiBoost would expect the Q7 4.0 TFSI to mirror the Audi A8 4.0 TFSI setup which means power sent to all four wheels through an automatic transmission. To get a preview of what the power output and tuning potential will look like, just look at the A8 4.0 TFSI tuning results posted yesterday. The automatic transmission is better for towing and load so a dual clutch is not likely in this application although an outside possibility.
Styling wise the front headlights are borrowing design elements from the B8 A4 facelift. The rear is still heavily camoflauged so it is difficult to tel what Audi will do with the rear lights although there seems to be a bit of A5 and A6 influence.
The new Q7 should be leaps and bounds better than its heavy, thirsty, and slow predecessor.
