• The world's most powerful automatic N54 / 335i - 632 wheel horsepower

Great results here from BimmerBoost member Ak335i whose E90 335i with a Precision 6466 single turbo upgrade put down an impressive 632 wheel horsepower on a Dynojet in SAE correction. This is an automatic car and you may be asking, why is that relevant? Well, because the overall horsepower record for the N54 platform is held by a manual transmission car and is ~100 wheel horsepower higher than this figure. Unfortunately, there are no solid options to upgrade the automatic transmission on the platform.

If (when) an upgrade solution comes out the automatic cars will likely reign supreme in acceleration contests due to consistency and being able to load the drivetrain to build boost (such as when staging on the drag strip). This vehicle could put out more power but breaking the transmission without a solid option to upgrade it would just be an exercise in futility. Not to mention a waste of money.

Congratulations to @Ak335i and hopefully we will see these automatic figures rise soon. The Dynograph and video are below.

Sorry if this is a repeated question, I've been extremely busy and haven't been able to keep up with your build as of late. What are you swapping the 6at for? Do you plan to test it's limits before the swap or will you save it for resale?

I have some time off soon and am considering making a custom manifold for a single turbo.

Congrats! Two thumbs up to all of you who make their own single turbo kit. I see more updates from you guys than fftec customers. I wish you guys will produce it and sell it to the public. More power to you guys!

Yeah 5th gear pulls. We did a 4th gear pull first, but we couldn't load up the car enough to even hit full boost.

Meth will help a lot. The JB4 can control boost on it, you just need to set it up! Using the OEM solenoids it can control 2x the wastegate spring. Click here to enlarge

Nice. Any hard pulls on the road in fifth and if so any signs of slippage or timing funkiness/flatlines?

I used all new 02 sensors with the build and have two in the downpipe. No fuel trim codes with the 02s in place.
