    • APR tuned 2013 Audi S6 4.0 TFSI V8 stock, 93 octane, and 100+ octane 1/4 mile results - 11.4@119.26

Impressive results from the drag strip here with a 2013 Audi S6 running an APR tune for the twin turbo 4.0 liter TFSI V8. This car belongs to AudiBoost member ecpchris who has provided his stock, 93 octane APR tuned, and 100 octane APR tuned 1/4 mile results. In stock form the S6 managed a respectable 12.4@110.59. Mid 12's stock? Very nice. With the addition of the APR tune he went 11.6@118.05 on 93 octane gasoline.

With MS109 race fuel the 1/4 mile sprint improved to 11.49@119.26. This is also with an ECP air intake.

Mid 11's with just a tune? It can be done with the S6 making it quite the bargain compared to the RS6 especially considering unlike the RS6 the S6 features a dual clutch transmission. This vehicle is proving to be quite potent when modified and when upgraded turbochargers hit the market, look out.

Great results @ecpchris and there is more room in it with just exhaust modifications on the stock turbochargers. Timeslips and video below.

Any roll events in the tri-state area coming up? Car is obviously set up better for 1/4 mile but would still like to come out and play

finally broke 120 traps this weekend at Etown. I think I'm maxed out with the stg 1 tune unless I were to go to Atco maybe. If all the stars aligned and I had some light wheels I think I could manage an 11.3 @ 121 but that would be it.
Waiting on someone to make some downpipes and a stg 2 tune.

        11.461@120.23
Also ran a 11.55@120.5 but spun off the line a little more

my beef with apr is the term stage 1 tune stage 2 tune... do you have an option for a custom tune?

not that it isnt super high quality with great customer service i just feel they may leave a bit on the table

I'm certain they do leave plenty on the table. There is no option for a custom tune unfortunately. The Audi tuning game is nowhere near that of other platforms. It's one size fits all and most are worried about stance and poke rather than vroom vroom

It's like that for most German cars unfortunately. Fortunately this site is different.

I do like this site a lot but unfortunately the Audi side doesn't get much traffic. Maybe I can start recruiting some of the non-ricer guys to come hang out. That, and no option for Tapatalk. Any plans on being available on Tapatalk?

You're right the Audi side is not as popular as the others and that's because it's not my area of expertise. I pay attention and keep filling it out slowly but surely.

Regarding tapatalk, it's a security hole and a big one. I don't like it. Had it but it caused to many problems. I can't believe people honestly like browsing from their phones.

I'd love help recruiting people. This site tends to cater to more of a hardcore crowd.
