    • 10 second TT-RS? Yep, APR Stage III upgraded TT-RS by RS WORX goes 10.9@129.74

What else is there to say about the APR Stage III TT-RS turbo kit? By now you have seen it destroy a tuned GTR from a roll. You have seen it dyno over 600 horsepower to all four wheels. Now you get to see just how potent the setup is on the dragstrip with a 10.9 second 1/4 mile elapsed time with a trap speed of just under 130 miles per hour at 129.74. The car really shows its strength from a stop with a 1.75 60 foot and an 1/8 mile trap speed of 102.04.

This is the same vehicle detailed in an article earlier this month that had its Stage III APR kit installed by RS WORX. The end result is a 10 second car. Simply phenomenal performance and a potent package. Congratulations to APR and RS WORX.

Loba trapped 128 in a TT-RS with their hybrid turbo. I was hoping for better trap speeds from a full GTX setup.

you guys should get one of these bad boys to play with.

after you finish tuning on the TSI F23T.

One thing I really respect more than wrhp is 1/4 mile time slips. And even more is 200+ mph.

Well here's the one we've been working with(nevermind can't post a link but search for Forge TTS running 10s). Built motor TT-S (2.0 TFSI) with a GTX3071R kit and our DSG software. Best run is a 10.9 at 122, but the clutches were slipping at this point. Forge Motorpsort is looking for an upgraded clutch solution. We were only running 23 psi of boost in the video, and once everything is sorted we will turn this up to 30. So we're expecting low 10's at 130+ once everything is sorted. This on a motor with .5L less displacement and a smaller turbo.

TSI F23T should be done in a couple of weeks. I like the turbo, it is a bit more laggy than K04 but it doesn't fall off as much up top. A worth tradeoff IMO.

130+ traps is where it's at. Right now hitting 10s in an AWD really only requires 450whp. Hitting 130traps is when you need 550whp+

maybe we'll see something good come out of h2oi this weekend. I believe they're bringing that and their M3 down. I REALLY want to know what's going on with their e46 m3.
        @undercoverangie
any inside info on the m3 you guys are tuning for RS Worx?

But that also is because of the DSG as obviously the 2.5 TFSI will have more headroom.

But that's what I'm saying. A smaller turbo (GT30 Vs. GT35) and half liter less displacement, I hoped for more.

I can't post links but if you search for Loba TT-RS you'll find the hybrid setup trapping 128...for probably 10k+ less than a GTX kit.

It's pretty fast if you ask me. To do that with a manual is just much harder people don't know what an advantage a dual clutch is. Equal trans to equal trans there would be a bigger difference.

How did you do against this?

thing was trapping mid to high 140s in the roll event. Pretty impressive for a stock engine 2.5l 5cyl. Props to RSWorx and APR.

Also pulled a 132.2 in the quarter.

We were always chasing eachother around the pits lol, a group was eager to run me so kept obliging, and the RS works had a fan club of their own to deal with.
That thing was super $#@!ing quick though. My highest trap in the rolls was 139, the highest of the E9x M3s, and 128 in the 1/4, so it would have been pretty bad. Not sure if he ran any of the other M3s though
