    • The difference between a stock S63TU and a tuned S63TU - PP-Performance tuned F13 M6 puts bus lengths on an F10 M5 from a stop and roll

A tuned car beating up a stock car is no surprise. In this context however, it goes to show how much stronger the same motor is with modifications versus another car with the exact same motor in stock form. It shows just how fast the S63TU can get with bolt on modifications. The M6 in the video has a PP-Performance tune, PP-Performance downpipes, and an Akropovic cat-back exhaust. The F10 M5 is completely stock.

The very first run shows the power difference quite well. The F10 M5 gets a jump and the M6 has to run it down. And run it down it does as it quickly catches and pulls far past showing the power disparity. In the second run the M6 gets the better launch and the race is over right away. the M6 simply puts bus lengths on the M5.

The new F13 M6 is faster than the F10 M5 stock for stock. With modifications, it's no contest. The PP-Performance modifications are definitely making a substantial difference and that is a very quick M6. Check out the video with runs from a stop and roll below.

I don't know if I am tired or what - but when I saw the truck (at like 1:19) - I thought "oh $#@! - they are going to die!" - then realized it was another race and was like "yay". Click here to enlarge

Edit: Last race in that video - is heat soak taking it's toll on the tuned car? It looked like that was closer than the rest - which weren't close at all. I am guessing the tune is adding heat from the added power?

Same....Too bad that seems to be a major issue with these. Can't wait till someone really puts time into developing cooling mods for these, then they will be much more consistent.
