    • Watch a 1500 horsepower Undergroung Racing twin turbo Lamborghini Gallardo Superleggera destroy a 1000+ horsepower turbo E46 M3

The E46 M3 in the video below is a very, very fast car capable of over 900 wheel horsepower. The vehicle belongs to BimmerBoost member Zooyorq and is by any stretch of the imagination a stupid fast car. The problem is it ran into an even more stupidly fast car. In the defense of the M3, the Gallardo gets a huge jump and the M3's power was dialed down a bit to the 700+ wheel range due to traction issues.

Additionally, the M3 was on a low octane map due to running 50% E85 fuel at the time. Even with a low octane map and poor traction a turbo built motor E46 M3 will destroy 99.9% of cars out there. This just goes to show what happens when you run into something on a whole different level of fast that is able to put its power down.

My 60-130 on that run was likely low 7's.. the next day I was doing consistent 5.6's and 5.7's when we did boost by speed (aka gear). I was running 265/30/19 R888's. If he hadn't of jumped me and I had my boost by speed dialed in it would have been a much more fair race, but without a doubt I'd still had been killed.

Very few wanted to race the UGR TT Lambo.. I said fine because I really don't care if I win or lose.

Nice car but your doing it all wrong man. It needs to be set up to hook. The idea of, I need more and more tire to hook is the wrong mindset. More is not always smarter.

VAC ran 10.60's@130 on 265 18" DOT drag radials. 1.63 60ft time full daily driver

In an E46 M3? Best I've done is 10.56 @ 142Mph (but that was with the subs and stereo in).. 1.70 60ft

Relax people. It's not a dick measuring contest. It's not like people whipped out their cock on the table and started measuring. It's just a matter of traction. Good job @ZooyorQ for stepping up.

I dunno. Looks like you'd need another 500+ whp and slicks to even hang.

        Those cars are beyond belief.

My mistake. I jumped to the conclusion that this was like 99% of the turbo E46 M3's running 11's@135 + as it certainly looked like it from the video

I assume that's your true street DD set up

DCT car with a centrifugal blower and an E9X. Different than the E46.

Good run zoo..it isnt always about who wins or loses..its refreshing to see someone who just want to have some fun with their car, and isnt all caught up in the 60-130 times and all that bs..theres always someone out there faster, and as long an you enjoy your car, thats all that matters

To this day, when driving it.. people yell/ask (Nice HPF Car! or title videos/pictures of it as "HPF Turbo M3") .. I don't bother to correct them.. its still going to be a few years before people drop the "HPF" part of "Turbo M3".

To compete i'd need 2 litres more displacement, and awd.. but the way he left me on the top end there wouldn't have happened as easily had I been on drag radials (or slicks) and had traction. If you watch this video (which is from the second day, when I dialed the car in and was hooking at 23psi vs 30psi on the first day) you can see the car is significantly faster.

It goes without saying that the Z06 wasn't a fair matchup, but that was also one of my 5.6/5.7 60-130's compared to the run with the lambo which would have been a high 7 low 8 at best.

        ...

I should also mention this is my street car, i run street tires (265/30/19 - R888's) on it.. I have a nice stereo setup in it with an 11" sub.. and it runs on flex fuel/e85. So this is EXACTLY what you would be up against if you ran into me on the freeway and decided you wanted to reel me in. Exactly. Nothing changed. No emptying the tank, switching keys/knobs, putting in race gas, switching tires, etc..

I don't understand what the point of mentioning that an E46 M3 and an E92 M3 are different. This is a waste of a post. The car makes near 700hp, has very similar suspension geometry and dead hooked on 265's. It was suggested 345's weren't even enough to be a solution, that is incorrect

I make 700ftlbs of torque.. at like 5500rpm or so.. if my tires 'dead hooked' my car would be making like 200hp.. It would bog. You need the car to roll out first before hooking. Yes it has similar geometry but its not that simple. I could improve my times, but I've only taken it to the strip once, and to a roll race once.. needless to say it breaks a lot of drive line components .. i'm in the process of fixing my rear end now.
