• Senner Tuning Mercedes SLS program - $25k buys you 35 horses, wheels, and a coil-over suspension

We are not huge fans of big name European tuners. Why? Their stuff is overpriced and underperforms. They seem to live off their brand name more than anything else. Case and point, the Senner offering for the SLS. Senner tunes the ECU and adds an exhaust system (rear section only) for a bump of 35 horses. In addition they give you their gaudy 20 inch wheels and the KW coil-over suspension. One is better off taking the $25k and simply getting the car supercharged for massive gains or just getting an ECU tune from someone else for more power. Combine that with a good full exhaust system and pocket the change with better results.

Looks like a jumble of mismatched pile of crap parts and they are trying to sell it off as a 'kit'. It's more like someone with down syndrome put that setup together.

        It's a waste of money.

When you can afford a 200K car 25K is a drop in the bucket. To me at that level it would be more about WHO is working on my car. This company puts you up in a hotel and treats you to a round of golf while you wait for your car. Full service spa as well if golf isn't your thing. LOL Looks like a high end full service company. Still very steep for the results and really doesn't look great. The entire Euro market is a ripoff. Even here in the states. $1500 + for an ECU tune is a completely ripoff. 15K for a SC is as well. The volume dictates the price though. How many SLS packages do you think this company does a year?

Yes, but that doesn't mean you waste it pointlessly.

I disagree regarding our ECU tune prices. They are difficult to decrypt and everyone holds onto their secrets as much as possible. If the market was more open we would see better prices.

One thing I will tell you, Eurocharged's prices help keep the market more honest. I can't even believe how affordable their options are.

I didn't say all of them. I said over $1500. OE and Euro are priced nicely. I'm just spoiled by the domestic side is all. Click here to enlarge
