      Well, hot on the heels of the SL leak we now have official photos from Mercedes. So, what do you think about the styling? There has already been some debate on the forums regarding the looks. Is it enough of a change? Too mild? The car certainly looks good and has a lot of CLS inspiration in its lightning. The new SL is going to be much more fun to drive with less weight and more power from turbocharged V8's. Let the debate on the styling rage.

        I'll have to get used to those as well. Just seems to much proportionally like the R230.

        Of course I can tell it's a different car. I also understand the substantial changes under the skin. I'm not kidding, the change isn't revolutionary. It's pretty mild.

        feeling every thing but the rear 1/4 from the side. . . looks like they took the S class rear 1/4 and placed it on the car. . .hopefully looks different in real life. . .

        IMO, nothing beats the first R230 SL design. That body style from 03-07 was the best looking. I like the interior better in this though.

        Love it. the interior looks amazing. Is this going to have the twin turbo motor ? I would assume so being the SL. The AMG version is going to be awesome.

        It should have both twin turbo V8's. M275 V12 may find its way in but that remains to be seen.
