• Protomotive PE1000 kit puts down 801 rwhp on a 997 GT2 in Dubai using a Mustang dyno

      This is some very serious power especially since it was done in 100 degree weather. The dyno is a Mustang dyno which Todd K (owner of Protomotive) states reads about 80 rwhp lower than dynojets he has dyno'd this upgrade kit on. A stock GT2 put down 440 whp on this same Mustang dyno. The turbos used a GT30 based units, they have also done a GT3586R based setup.

        Protomotive build around your needs so you can go bigger or smaller. It just really depends.

        btw...Proto finished built couple of 3.8l w/gt3086 but different intake setup

        1st 3.8l w/GT3586 with 997 turbo intake manifold
        It made +1200rwhp on 5th gear on 100 degree..That engine went to a Proto customer in Kuwait..The engine installed and tuned perfectly by Todd K himself.

        2nd 3.8l w/GT3086 with gt3 intake manifold setup.

        I'm not sure if the owner interest. I will double check and let u know

        I can tell u that it made HUGE torque..+1000ft/lbs of torque at 5000RPM!!!!
        Todd lower the torque coz his Dyno maxed out and re-dyno it on 5th gear

        When we are going to see 60-130 times? Everyone knows HP can be manipulated. Should be <3.5s 60-130 if making 1200 whp.
